The town of Grey is a lawless place. While guards do patrol the streets and enforce the law it is a wonder how such dirty deeds manage to occur each day and night within the town. It is said that there is some person of high power or some organization of great wealth that pays off the guards to look the other way on any unlawful acts commited by that person and or organziation. Due to the loose enforcement of the law, Grey is home to many shady types including Thieves, and a small group of Barbarians.
